second session

Had a pretty rough session today i feel like i played well but just got had a few hands i feel were coolers and a few bad beats. I ended up losing 2.5 buyins today play 6 max and fullring. I also played in a tournament were i got aces all in against 9s on a 344 flop, and 9 comes on the river. It felt like one of those days were you can not win. I managed to not tilt today which is a problem i have.

Hand 1: http://www.pokerhand.org/?1222693
This hand i think is just a cooler i do not think i can get a away from a set right here. I would like some comments on you would have played this hand.

Hand 2: http://www.pokerhand.org/?1222692

This hand i think is a cooler as well. I do not think i can fold this because i beat so many hands. Because the only hand he could have that beats me is 33, because i feel like he would have reraised preflop with 10s, or queens. So i am so far ahead of his range i beat qx type hands, and i did not see him having 10s,queens. So i felt like the only had that he could hold that beat me was 33. I would like some info i how anybody else would have played. this

The other hand i lost was on fullring when i had ak and villian had aj. We got in on a a37 board and j comes on the river. O well i might take a day off since i had a bad day today.

Hand 1: Unlucky. You beat a lot of the range of someone who is raising 98s from MP.

Hand 2: Villian has a little over a half a buyin, I get it all in here as well. Tough luck.

Reads are always helpful when you're posting hands. Good luck.

Hand 1: I think I'd go with the hand here too. He could be overplaying a high pair or have some sort of draw. If he has 98 then you still have outs to outdraw him. The only real worry is if he flopped a higher set.

Hand 2: I find that the min-raise on the flop can mean a huge variety of things. It's definitely worth taking a note of what it means for particular players. Realise that the flop min-raise is hugely different to the turn min-raise though - turn min-raises are usually very strong hands.

Anyway, for his smaller stack I think shoving this flop is OK. There are some draws he can have and he could also hold a QJ/KQ type hand. Another way to play it would be to just call the flop and get it in on the turn. In this case I prefer getting it in on the flop because you're out of position and wouldn't know whther to bet out or check on the turn. Then if he checked behind and outdrew you on the river the hand would've been butchered!

Just keep plugging away and the results will turn around. When you keep gettign in situations like this you feel as though you're worst player in the world! Just keep playing well though and they'll start going your way soon enough.
