end of the month

Played another session today before this month ended. I had a good session i won 110.00 and think i played well. I did managed to get in some tough spots. That puts me at plus 165.60 for this month. Hopefully i can continue and move up to 50nl by the end of next month. I am going to play more hands next month, but i have a hard time playing +30k hands a month.

Was another weird spot. He over bet shoved on the flop. I do not think he limps with 10s so he either has 66s, 55s, or a draw i thought. I felt it was unlikely he had 55s, 0r 66s since i had a 5 and a 6 so i felt he was drawing so i called. What is everybodys play here.

nice session

Had a nice session today i played well, and got lucky in a few good spots. I managed to win 76.00 today which puts me at plus 75 for the month which is good. I am doing well at fullring and plan to continue to play fullring for awhile before playing 6 max again. I did have a few question where i could of had some tough decisions if my opponent bet but they did not.

Here i decided to put in a 3 bet preflop to see where my opponent was at in the hand. I bet the flop and when he called i knew i was probably behind, and plan to check to him on the turn to see what he did. The turn gave me a open ended straight draw, and he checked behind so i was confident he did not have a big pair or a fullhouse cause he would have bet. My question is if he bet would you call. I have thought about it and i think if he bets there i am to far behind his range to call.

Played some more today i basically broke even i won alittle but not much. I did not play that many hands so whatever. I did have a few interesting spots, and one frustating hand i lost to a bad beat. Overall this past month i think my game has improved a ton. I have gotten my stats where i like to be playing at. Joining cardrunners is the best thing that has happen to my game. I played horrible before i joined cardrunners never really realized how bad i played before joining. So i am happy with how this month has been going even though i did not win alot so far. But i think i have improved alot more this month then any other month. So i expect to start seeing better results.

good session

I had a pretty good session yesterday played about 600 hands at fullring and won 40 bucks. I think i played fairly well besides a few hands i played like a complete idoit, but overall i am happy with my play. I also played a 45 man sit n go finished in 8th. Which was disappointing since i was second in chips with 13 people left. I ended up shoving on the button with 10bb and both the blinds woke up with a hand. Looking back on it i think i should have folded since there were 3 very short stacks. But i wanted to win and need to get some chips and i was hoping to pick up the blinds. I am almost back to even this month after having a downswing at 6 max. I am only down 15 bucks which is not bad since i was down about 8 buyins earlier last week.

This hand is really weird i raised to get the shortstack all in. Then he called out of the big blind i thought his range was like 77+, ak.

booked a small win

Played some today i managed to win a buy in at 25nl fullring. I have been taking a break from 6 max tables recently because i have been enjoying fullring alot. Sometimes i am just not in to the faster pace of 6 max tables and other times i love being in the action more. I did have one question on a hand a played i won the hand but wanted to see if i missed any value. Also my computer sucks and will not work with skype so i can not do any sweat sessions. Which i am dissappointed in cause i was looking forward to doing some.

I would like to know if anybody thinks i missed some value by not betting the turn. I decided to check since that was not the best card to see although i was not the worst card either. I did not wanna be raised off my hand either so i checked. I just want some suggestions on if i played this fine.

short session

Played a short session of fullring before i went to the gym. Not much happened no hands to post. Maybe i will have time to play more this week. So i can have some hands to post. I basically broke even today nothing really happened.

not much going on

Did not play any saturday or sunday i was busy hang out with some friends. Played alittle fullring this morning made about a buying. When i was on the good side of a cooler set over set. I am going to start playing again and posting hands. I will get in touch with the people i talked about doing sweat sessions with soon.

nice little session

Just finished a short little session after i went and swam some laps with a friend. I think i just needed to get out of the house and do something active. I won 40 bucks in the session i will post some hands later.

shove fest

Had a bad session this today lost about 70 . It felt like everybody was playing back at me today and i did not help that i never had a hand. I literally raised had ak and aq 9 times could not flop a pair or a draw. This whole month so far i have not made any progress i will win some one day then lose it a couple days later. I do not feel like i am making bad plays but i am probably missing something. I am doing a sweat session in a few days if anybody else wants to do one let me know my aim name is liquigas66. Every overpair i had today i lost with maybe i need to look at how i play them at certain spots. I have won at this level before for 3 months i had winning months i still had losing days but nothing like this. Maybe it is just varience i am not sure if anybody sees any noticable leaks let me know.

Nothing i can do in this spot i guess you could fold. But i think he does this with more than just a set. Plus he stacks off with queens there without hitting his set. Kinda unlucky in my opinion. But i would like some responses on it. I was mad after this hand the guy slowrolled like a bitch he hit the time bank and almost let it run out before shoving.

I usually do not stack off with a hand like this but since it was a blind war. The guy had cold called all my raises previously and raised or shoved me. I do not think i can fold against him every time. If he has aj,a10 he would still stack off here.

Another queens hand i think stacking off with queens in alot of situations is bad. I do not remeber when i stacked off with queens and was in a good spot. How does everybody else play this spot. I knew the guy did not have a big hand preflop because he limped all his big pairs. So when he shoved i was surprised i was not to sure what he had. I think i should have folded everytime i have seen i big shove like this it is always a big hand.

swingy session

Played 890 hands ended up when 30 bucks. It was really swingy session i started up about a buying then ended up being down 2 buyins due to a cooler and a questionable stack of with queens. Ended up winning 30 bucks in the day so not to bad. I think i need to start playing about 1500 hands a day and need to start using a hud.

I think this is really questionable stack because i am not really ahead of to much besides jj. This is one reason i think i should use a hud because pokertracker says he is 13.01/4.1/2.43. I think i should have folded looking back on it.

This one is a cooler even though the line he takes is weird. I still do not think i can fold this hand. Him 3 betting preflop then check calling that flop was suspicious but you would have a big read to fold here.

This looked like a good place to squeeze preflop got called by villian that was playing 36 percent of his hands. I did not really like his call on the flop but i was sure he did not have aq, or ak. Because he would have reraised which i saw him do earlier in the session. Is there anyway i can get away from my hand here despite the fact that he hit a 2 outer. I also think i could have bet more on the flop.

small win

Played 700 hands at 25 nl today. I managed to win 18 bucks which is not really that good but i was down a buyin at one point. So it is better than nothing. I do have one question on how you play combo draws against shortstacks on the flop. I can not seem to find the hand history right now. But say you raise kqs in the cutoff shortstack calls on the button flop is a105 with 2 spades i bet 3/4 pot he minraises since he is stortstacked and i have like 48% equity i shoved expecting him to call. Is this the right play or not i am unsure.

standard session

I had a pretty boring session today. Not to many tricky spots came up it was standard stuff. Won a buy in at 25 nl. There was a player giving is chips away to everybody but i could not make a hand against him. It was frustating not ever getting a chance to catch him. No hands to post since there were not to many tricky hands. Maybe tomorrrow i will have some hands to post.

rough session

Had another rough session i lost 2 buyins at 25 nl. It was frustating i just could not make a hand, and when i did i could not get payed off. I also did not win any of the pots where i had combo draws. I might have played a few hands to aggressive. I hope things turn around in a few days. Since i will be playing alot the next couple of days.

This hand i am a slight favorite on the flop to win the hand. But i would like to know if i should have check the turn, and is my turn bet spew. Did i play this hand to aggressive. I thought i might of had some fold equity on the turn but i did not.

break even poker

Played another session today at 25nl. It started off rough i lost a buy in when i had top 2 pair against a overpair and the board paired on the end. But i keep playing and ended up winning it back. I did have one hand that gave me some trouble.
